By accepting these conditions, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Emelie Cajsdotter Naturmedicin (individual company) with registration number 7404074804 (hereinafter referred to as Emelie Cajsdotter or the company).

If you do not accept our terms and conditions, consent cannot be given, the website and its services will not be able to be used in such a situation.

If the concluded agreement is to be terminated, it can be done by sending an email toinfo@miothewayofcompassion.comand notify that you want to close your account.

You also have the right at any time to request that we either correct, block or delete personal data in accordance with what is stated in applicable law. If a user wants to delete their account and associated personal data, the user can send an email toinfo@miothewayofcompassion.comwith the subject line "Delete account". It can take up to 4 weeks to process a request to delete your account.

Indemnification

Right of withdrawal

When you buy services via the Internet, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When purchasing digital services on the company's website, however, you must waive your right of withdrawal because the company's service means that you request that the service begin immediately after you have paid for it. This means that you accept that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been completed. The company's service is considered complete as soon as you have access to the service on the website.

Transfer

By accepting the Terms of Use, you agree that the agreement you have entered into with Emelie Cajsdotter, without your consent, can be transferred to another company that is wholly or partially, directly or indirectly owned by Emelie Cajsdotter or to a third party in connection with a collection or business transfer that includes the services.

Jurisdiction

The website is operated from Sweden and the terms of use are governed by Swedish law. Disputes must be settled by the Swedish general court. You can also contact the General Complaints Board.
